A large, multi-location enterprise organization lacked any centralized visibility into how office space was actually being used across its real estate portfolio.

- Role-based segmentation determined by HR data
- Adjustments for holidays, leave of absence, and other approved absences
- Automatically reflects organizational changes across current and historical data
This design ensured leadership could move from high-level trends to root-cause detail in seconds, without manual intervention.
Analytics Modules Delivered
Workplace Utilization (Weekdays)
Tracked how often FTEs physically arrived on site (1–5 days per week), enabling leadership to understand actual presence vs. expected presence. Drill-through views allowed validation down to the individual FTE level, ensuring transparency and auditability.
Workplace Compliance (Minimum Days)
Measured weekly compliance against minimum onsite requirements for both Hybrid and Onsite employees. The logic ensured compliance percentages accurately reflected HR-defined population sizes, even in cases where only a single FTE applied to a segment, preserving mathematical integrity.
